Our cancellation policy applies to all our bookings, including promotions and offers. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

• A reservation can be cancelled by e-mail with reading confirmation or by registered letter. The date of sending the e-mail can count as the cancellation date if the reading confirmation is sent within 7 days thereafter. The date of postmark also counts as the cancellation date.
• If a booking is cancelled, the following amounts are due to SNC Saint Roch per booking:
  • For cancellation between the moment of deposit and 2 months before the day of arrival: 25% of the holiday price (equal to the deposit).
  • For cancellation between 2 months and 2 weeks before the day of arrival: 80% of the holiday price.
  • For cancellation within 2 weeks before the day of arrival: 90%of the travel sum.
  • If cancelled on arrival day or later: 100% of the travel sum.
• SNC Saint Roch advises the booker to take out travel and cancellation insurance at the time of booking to cover himself against the above-mentioned cancellation costs in case the booked holiday has to be cancelled unexpectedly. Travel and cancellation insurance cannot be taken out at SNC Saint Roch; you must take it out yourself with an insurance company or intermediary.
