Welcome to our restaurant, where the mountains are the backdrop and every meal is a little feast on your plate.

Chef Anne Pekelharing and her team surprise you every evening with a seasonal menu full of colourful, flavourful dishes inspired by French and Italian cuisine. She prefers to cook with fresh products from our own valley - everything is homemade, from the amuse bouche to the dessert from our chef pâtissier. Quality and conviviality are our focus.

Take a seat in our warm living room with fireplace, where hotel guests enjoy their own table overlooking the slopes or the impressive Mont Brison massif. Whether just the two of you or a larger group: thanks to the playful layout, the restaurant always feels intimate and personal.

DINER

In the evening, indulge in the daily three-course dinner. Chef Anne cooks with seasonal products, preferably as local and colourful as possible. A party on your plate, is her motto.

Breakfast

Start your day off right with our breakfast buffet. There is fruit, dairy, fresh juices and homemade products such as our granola. Of course there are fresh croissants. For a small extra charge, you put together your own packed lunch for the day. Or we can make it for you.

Lunch

Have lunch on our sunny terrace, with your table adjacent to the slopes and ski lift. Choose from our lunch menu or go for a bite at our foodtruck square. You can also have lunch on our terrace in the summer months. Then a warm breeze blows and you play pétanque. 

Bar

We are proud of our hotel, but even prouder of our new bar. We have local beer on tap. Or order one of our cocktails. Of course, the Tour de France, Six Nations League and World Cups are broadcast on big screen.

Terrace

Our terrace is also open in summer for lunch or a drink. Then a warm breeze blows and you play boules. At the lift opposite the hotel, a queue of hikers and downhill cyclists waits to go up.

In nature

We take great pleasure in providing lunches at locations. From a pasta on top of the Galibier at 2642 metres to a pancake picnic along the river for the whole family. Afterwards, enjoy paddling.
